Project Design Staff / Project Manager - New York, San Francisco

You must have a MLA, BLA, MArch or BArch, with 3 to 5 years of experience in a professional office, be able to work between Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Rhino and AutoCAD and any experience with Civil3D, V-ray or Revit is a bonus.

Graphic / Marketing Assistant - New York

Experience: 1-2 years professional experience

Hargreaves Jones Landscape Architecture / Hargreaves Associates, award winning landscape architectures seeks a motivated graphic /marketing assistant. We are design oriented and work nationally and internationally from three offices in New York City, Cambridge and San Francisco. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor degree in marketing, graphic design, journalism, advertising, or related including architecture or landscape architecture. The candidate should have a minimum of one - two years of experience in coordination and preparation of marketing materials for a professional service company. Experience with an architectural or landscape architecture firm is big plus.

The position will work closely with principals and design staff on marketing and business development material including website, proposals, publications, presentations and award submissions. Along with assisting with general office administration. The candidate must be well-organized, and can successfully manage multiple fast-paced project deadlines simultaneously. Must have the ability to work well in a team as well as the ability to work independently at times.

• 1-2 years experience in a graphics/ marketing position (preferably in the A/E industry)

• Excellent communication and written and verbal skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong graphic sense

• Detail oriented

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or 3D modeling software is a plus
