NEW YORK OFFICE:
Positions: Project Design Staff and Project Manager
Education: MLA, BLA, MArch, or BArch from accredited programs
Hargreaves Associates New York is seeking candidates with two to five years experience. The candidate must be design motivated and have experience with various aspects of project development including master planning, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction observation. Expertise with Adobe programs, AutoCad and 3D programs is essential. Chinese language proficiency is a plus. Other duties may include assisting in marketing and proposal efforts. Some travel will be required. Salary will be based on experience. Candidates should hold a MLA, BLA, March or Barch.
