Ken Haines
Principal
As managing principal of Hargreaves Associates' New York office, Ken has overseen a diverse portfolio of waterfront, urban design and public park projects as well as various residential developments in New York. Recently completed projects include the U.S. Capitol Complex Master Plan with HOK and Reflections at Keppel Bay with Studio Daniel Libeskind, a luxury condominium waterfront project in Singapore. Ken is currently principal-in-charge for the East River Science Park project with Alexandria Real Estate Equities, a flagship bioscience research campus in New York City, and has successfully worked with the Department of City Planning, Community Board 6 and the Arts Commission to secure all required approvals for the open space design which has just been delivered into the construction phase.
