Hargreaves Associates, with Solomon Cordwell Buenz & Associates, is collaboratively working on the design of a 1.75-acre park, located in downtown Chicago, at the base of Navy Pier and one block away from Lake Michigan. This privately-owned public park will accommodate daily passive recreational needs of local residents and visitors, and significant lunchtime and after work crowds from proximate office towers.
