Hargreaves Associates is working with Keppel Land International and Studio Daniel Libeskind on the design and construction of a 20 acre luxury residential waterfront development in Keppel Bay, Singapore. The site is entirely on structure with parking below and consists of six high rise towers and eleven villas. Hargreaves Associates is designing an overall framework that will integrate the architectural components with the site amenities, technical requirements for ventilation and exhaust of the garage and adjacent public esplanade. Site amenities include swimming pools, water features, gardens, a public esplanade, roofs gardens, sky bridges connecting the towers and sky gardens at the tower crowns. Hargreaves Associates is also working with the local engineers to integrate light, air and landscape for the garage below with the site above.
