Sydney is experiencing a renewal of public enthusiasm about the way the harbour should be developed. The East Darling Harbour project, with Morphosis, commits government to this enthusiasm by inviting a competition of ideas about the development of 22-hectares of waterfront prior to letting the market through the door.
