Trinity River Corridor

Hargreaves Associates with Chan Krieger Sieniewicz developed the Vision Plan for this 2000+ acre site. The study develops a balanced vision for the Trinity River corridor that concurrently responds to the need for further flood protection for central Dallas, greater environmental responsibility, river restoration and proper management in every aspect of the corridor. The design results in an extraordinary park and recreational amenity for the region while meeting the challenge of addressing significant transportation needs without compromising the quality of the park or the city environment. The plan creates many community and economic development opportunities for the neighborhoods bordering the Trinity and for the downtown overall.
