We’re pleased to share that our work on The Eight in downtown Bellevue is featured in the May issue of Architectural Record as part of their annual Tall Buildings showcase. The article highlights the 25-story, LEED Platinum office tower, a standout addition to Bellevue’s evolving skyline.
Our successful collaboration with the project team, led by Pickard Chilton Architects, is recognized through our landscape design, which supports the building’s innovative outdoor amenity spaces—including a 10,200-square-foot deck above the plaza-level retail, accessible to all building occupants. The project’s integration of “balconies interwoven with greenery to knit the building together” illustrates how thoughtful landscape design can elevate both architectural expression and user experience in contemporary office environments.
