Cumberland Park
Nashville, TN
Cumberland Park demonstrates Nashville’s commitment to both its children and to sustainability through brownfield remediation, floodplain preservation, stormwater harvesting, improved biodiversity, and interpretation of cultural and natural resources.

It is a park that showcases its distinctive site qualities to attract families for imaginative play, events, and interaction with Nashville’s rich riverfront history. The stage pavilion hosts performances ranging from children’s productions to major acts such as country star Keith Urban, and is fully outfitted to provide flexibility of scale and to accommodate all levels of production support needs.  Cumberland Park is the first constructed phase of a master plan by Hargreaves Associates, prioritized to draw residents and visitors back to the river and downtown, and to make the riverfront a place that celebrates the cultural history and contemporary life of the city.
